M. Pierce does it again!  This is the 2nd installment in the Night Owl Series.
It did not feel like it’s been over a year since Night Owl came out.   As soon as I began reading the 1st page, I was sucked into the world of Matthew Sky all over again!



If you haven’t read NIGHT OWL, don’t read ahead.  This will ruin it for you!  GO read Night Owl then you can come back and understand this Review ;)


Wow, I thought I liked Matthew Sky in book#1, well after reading this book; I’m totally addicted to him even more. He is just a sexy, loving Alpha man who I would do whatever he asks of me just like he asks of Hannah.   Hannah always is putting Matt 1st before herself.  She wants Matt to be happy but at what cost is it to her if she is not 100% happy? 

The cliffy at the end of book#1 is totally resolved within the 1st Chapter.  It now makes sense.
I loved how we get more into the head of how Matt thinks and how he is always trying to reason with himself on why he does what he does.  Having time stuck in the cabin away from everyone gives Matt time to reflect on why he did what he did…. He wants Hannah and only Hannah.  No more interruptions with them being together which now with how things are, is still a problem.  Can he ever get his life back to just being about only him & Hannah without any more lies and secrets?  You have to read to find out.

Hannah is trying to keep Matthew’s secret and each day that passes she finds it more and more difficult.   She wants to have a career that is just starting but she can’t keep away from Matt.  Will she get both?

Talk about steamy, hot, raw scenes that will make you run to take a cold shower!  Matt & Hannah’s chemistry is off the charts hot.  Love how Pierce can make you visually see and feel the emotions of these 2 characters.  No words can describe it, all I have to say is that you need to read it to understand it.

I can’t give many details to how this book ends but I can tell you March 2015 needs to get here ASAP!  I need to know what happens next!
And yes there is a speculation at the end of this book because of course you can’t read M. Pierce without being totally and utterly shocked at what will happen next.
Go read this book!  
A must read of 2014 for sure!
